Among our achievements, we managed to significantly reduce field emissions by 5.1%, increase our total workforce by 4.26%, and achieve a remarkable 550% increase in community initiatives, setting further development goals across all ESG pillars for the coming years.
All these accomplishments, along with detailed records of our goals and outcomes, are presented in our 2022 ESG Report. In conjunction with this report, we reaffirm our commitment to continue this path, integrating the most efficient practices for our industry and pursuing continuous and steady improvement.
In this context, we are in the process of preparing the Biannual Sustainability Report for 2023-2024, which will also include our ESG strategy.
