The leading international trade fair of architecture, materials, and construction systems, BAU 2025, has been concluded successfully from January 13 to 17 in Munich, and ELVIAL marked another outstanding participation.
The company’s impressive 250 sq.m. booth attracted hundreds of professionals from around the world, offering them the opportunity to experience firsthand the most innovative aluminium architectural systems. These systems reflect ELVIAL’s global reach and its multifaceted approach to construction solutions.
Innovation and Technology at the Forefront with Outstanding Products
ELVIAL presented its latest advancements in aluminium architectural systems, impressing visitors with the combination of high aesthetics, technological superiority, and sustainable practices. The booth showcased an extensive range of products, from sliding and hinged window systems to cladding and shading solutions, providing comprehensive answers to every architectural challenge. Visitors had the chance to experience the functionality of these systems and understand how ELVIAL’s solutions merge innovation with modern architectural requirements.
Specifically, the new sliding system GHOST G60 HI² captivated attention, representing the future of smart architectural design by combining cutting-edge technology with an integrated minimal design. With a profile width of just 25mm, frames that seamlessly merge into walls, and a flat guide, it promises an unobstructed view and maximum comfort.
Significant interest was also shown for the ESSENCE FD77 folding door system, which, with its impeccable rolling quality and advanced technology behind its excellent design, became a reference point for professionals.
Sliding Systems That Make an Impact
The ESSENCE SL50 HI² FLAT EDITION and ESSENCE SL60 HI² FLAT EDITION sliding systems stood out as unique proposals for thermal insulation and noise reduction, offering unparalleled minimal aesthetics. Additionally, the ESSENCE SD55 shading system, with its aesthetic superiority and remote control capability via smart home applications, demonstrated how ELVIAL’s present, creates a more beautiful future for its customers.

The Cladding solutions also garnered attention, as both their design and construction quality did not go unnoticed. The CLADDING CL180 system, in combination with the ICONIC W77BS AI² window and the ESSENCE D67 HI² door, created seamless, minimal surfaces that attracted numerous positive comments. The ELVIAL FS50 curtain wall system, with its flexible application possibilities and passive house performance, reaffirmed ELVIAL’s commitment to advanced solutions.
ELVIAL also presented the ICONIC W77ST AI² series, highlighting industrial design, and the ESSENCE W67 HI² solution, ideal for window wall applications and passive buildings. In this context, the ELVIAL W89 PHI² also stood out due to its high performance.
Furthermore, visitors had the opportunity to experience a unique interactive journey through the VR Experience Room, where virtual reality “transported” them into ELVIAL’s aluminium architectural systems, showcasing the vision and technology behind the company’s innovative products.
Innovation with a Digital Product Passport
At this year’s BAU, ELVIAL also introduced the digital product passport for its aluminium systems. From now on, every final product will include a QR code with a unique identifier, allowing users to access all product details. The digital passport not only helps users fully understand the products they purchase but also provides installers with instant access to all technical information.
Notably, ELVIAL is the first Greek aluminium industry to implement digital passports for its products, aligning early with the European Directive that mandates the implementation of the DPP from 2026 as part of sustainability standards.
