Boasting clean lines and a refined aesthetic, the residence follows the principle of minimalism, letting the environment "speak". The open, column-free interiors extend the full width of the building, while the floor-to-ceiling panoramic sliding windows blur the boundaries of the interior and the exterior.

Inside, the Calacata Gold marble and the fossil oak kitchen offer luxury derived from simplicity. European wood flooring, custom bathrooms with Carrara Extra marble elements and the overall material palette exude refinement, not vanity.
