MINIMAL LOOK SL52 HI²
At the eastern border of East Hampton, where the forest lowers its gaze to the ocean, 8 Barnes emerges quietly into the natural landscape. An architectural project that aspires not to coerce, but to merge - a residence that seems to have always belonged there.
Boasting clean lines and a refined aesthetic, the residence follows the principle of minimalism, letting the environment "speak". The open, column-free interiors extend the full width of the building, while the floor-to-ceiling panoramic sliding windows blur the boundaries of the interior and the exterior.

8 BARNES, A RESIDENCE THAT LIVES WITH TIME
8 Barnes doesn't shout; it whispers. It is a work that captures the power of the simple and the intelligence of the simple. A dwelling that respects the landscape, integrates with the flow of light and time, and ultimately, becomes part of it.
