Another project of unique aesthetics that prioritizes issues of sustainability “wears” ELVIAL aluminium architectural systems. The new state-of-the-art office complex of PwC Greece, located in the heart of the Amarousi business center, will be a landmark for the area and has the unique stamp of ELVIAL's innovative systems, which perfectly responds to modern architectural requirements.

The new bioclimatic complex is one of the most emblematic buildings in the area and will house the executives of the leading service provider PwC. The new offices will accelerate its transition to a new operating model, echoing its strong growth path and its commitment to the continuous development of its people and the services they offer. The high-level design, in conjunction with the principles of sustainability and well-being that are incorporated, establishes the complex as a new landmark of architectural excellence, certified under the LEED v4 BD+C standard at the Gold level, through targeted interventions for energy and water savings, reduction of the carbon footprint, optimal use of materials and waste management, meeting all sustainability requirements and contributing to PwC’s goals for climate neutrality
