GHOST GLAZING GASKETS

The appliance of Ghost glazing gaskets minimizes the visible facet and renders the gaskets practically invisible. Once more, aesthetic prevails and functionality is not compromised.

CONCEALED WATER DRAINAGE SYSTEM

HEAVY DUTY ROLLER HINGES

High strength roller hinges that offer stability, safety and smooth movement even in the widest openings. Ideal for long-term operation, without problems such as sash hanging. Their special design prevents lifting of the sash and, accordingly, intrusions.

SPECIALLY DESIGNED MINIMAL HANDLE AND PULL HANDLE

Aesthetics and functionality are combined in the specially designed handle by ELVIAL and the intermediate pull handles with or without integrated hinge for easy locking, depending on the direction of opening.

THERMAL INSULATION

An expansive opening and an interior of equal standards. This aluminum system was created to be the boundary, the line of defence of the interior against the challenges presented by the weather elements. We fitted it accordingly.

  • UP TO 0 14/16 in INSULATING BARS (en-us)

    Insulating bars with 25% glass reinforcement of 0 14/16'' in sash and 0 15/16'' in frames and thresholds are applied, offering high thermal insulation levels and extra rigidity.

  • CO-EXTRUDED GASKET

    Co-extruded gasket is used in the perimetrical area of the frame, improving energy performance.

THE ADVANCED SEALING SYSTEM

Another challenge for aluminum systems designated for extra large openings has been tackled thanks to sealing technologies that have been tested and proven to be not just adequate but superefficient.

OPTIMAL 2-LEVEL WATERPROOFING

Optimal 2-level waterproofing with specially designed EPDM and co-extruded gaskets.

EPDM GASKET CORNERS

EPDM gasket corners ensure maximum sealing, even at extreme weather conditions.

EPDM END CAPS AND EXTENSIONS FOR GASKETS

Τhe joining of the sashes is no longer a weak point. We have it sealed using EPDM end caps and gasket extensions than ensure continuity in the perimetrical waterproofing.

OPTIMIZED WATERTIGHTNESS

Q-LON in the perimetrical area of the frame, with the use of heavy duty rollers.

WATERTIGHT AND SUPER CLEAN

Perimetrical socket channel for the glazing bead, with an elevation difference from the outer side of the sash, which prevents water entrapment.
