The residence, with the minimal design, located at the southern coast of Milos with a backdrop looking out to the island of Crete, is designed as a shelter that disappears into the landscape, with a sloping roof and asymmetric staircases that follow the natural inclination of the site.

The innovative MINIMAL LOOK with a 35mm perimeter frame is a state of the art solution. The system creates wide glass facades that retract into the stone walls, allowing for the interior and exterior areas to unify seamlessly and the residence to be filled with natural light. Owners and visitors enjoy the soothing sun, the endless view to the sea and their presence in one of the most exquisite parts of the Mediterranean.
Τhe sole sound is that of the waves rolling onto the shoreline. The quietness and the beauty of nature are the perfect backtrop to each perfect moment. In simple architectural vocabulary, the residence is perfectly aligned with the natural environment, and becomes one with site’s natural elements.
